Kevin Arnold has been formally educated in Residential Home Design and has working experience as a Home Designer. He has had the great opportunity to work with most building departments on Home Design projects in Washington state and in Oregon. Kevin's knowlege of the Residential Code is so extensive that he has Certification as a Residential Building Inspector with the foremost code authority, the International Code Council. His home designs have been built hundreds of times across two state. His experience even includes Residential Plan review so he know what the building departments are looking for in a set of Custom House Plans. When Kevin Arnold started working in the residential industry he vowed to learn as much as he could about the construction side of the industry, giving him the competitive edge as a residential house designer.
