That is why we are giving you a free set of plans. Our feeling is that you will like working with our plans so much that you will want to become one of our Builder Partners. Why are our plans better? Simple to read, Easy to buld off of, Accurate, Attractive, Well Designed, Professional, and Inexpensive to build. See for yourself.
How does it work? Simply find the plan that you want to build below and go to the contact page. Fill out the contact form and specify which plan you like. I will send it to you via email as a pfd file. You can then print it out.*
*Note: Submiting the contact form for your free plan implies that you have read and agree with the disclosure statement. Plans may need revisions or engineering in your building area. the plans are designed to the 2009 IRC, but are not guaranteed to pass your local code. If you need addtional changes the drafting design work must be done with Custom Your Way. The plans are the property of Custom Your Way. All Rights Reseved. Custom Your Way makes no warranties or guarantees with these plans. The construction of these plans and liability is the responsibility of the builder. This program is meant for builders. If you are not a builder you must consult with a professional builder to construct these plans. Plans are send via email as a pdf only.
